Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi is starting her day with a family affirmation.

The box office queen took to her Instagram page to share stunning photos of herself with a powerful self-affirmation.

Toyin Abraham affirmed that she is a vessel of influence, power, and authority.

It was reported days back that it was tears of joy for Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi as she bagged 3 nominations at 2023 AMVCA.

The African Magic Viewers Choice Award released its nomination list on Sunday, April 16th, and Toyin Abraham has been nominated in 3 categories.

Toyin Abraham revealed that this is the first time a movie produced by her, will be nominated for the award.

Her movie, Ijakumo has been nominated in the Best Cinematography category, Best Picture Editor, and Best Sound Editor.

Sharing the good news on her Instagram page minutes ago, Toyin expressed gratitude to God as she noted how one’s hard work always pays off in the end.

“This is the first time a movie produced by me, my movie, will be nominated for the AMVCA award and we got 3 nominations!? I just want to say that whatever you do just keep working hard. It will surely pay off”.

This big win for the movie star is coming two years after she was ignored despite being the highest-grossing actress at that time.

Toyin Abraham produced her movie, The Ghost and The Tout Too in 2021 which did so well at the box movie and became the highest-grossing movie.

Unfortunately, the movie didn’t make it to the 2021 AMVCA edition, which left many baffled.

Toyin Abraham pens appreciation note to fans

In a subsequent post, while sharing an announcement with her fans and followers, Toyin announced that Ijakumo is now set to make its way to Netflix after a successful run in cinemas.

Abraham couldn’t contain her excitement as she shared the news, inviting her fans to join her in watching the film on the popular streaming platform. In a bid to engage with her fans, the actress offered a cash prize of 10,000 Naira to anyone who could correctly guess the date in June when the movie would be available on Netflix.

The movie has garnered several nominations at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) in non-voting categories.

While expressing her appreciation for the support shown towards the film, Abraham reminded her fans that their support throughout her journey in the entertainment industry means everything to her.

She wrote: Ijakumo is finally going on Netflix!!!. I can’t wait to share this amazing work of art with you guys after a successful run in the cinemas. Guess the date in June and get a 10k top-up from me.
